Mar & Moto is responsible for the regular maintenance of the scooter. The renter may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents, according to the rental agreement.

The scooter must remain on the island of Florianópolis. It is not allowed to cross the bridges to the mainland or be ridden on mainland highways. Riding on beaches is also prohibited.
